She was listed as the informant for the birth of John Henry Hale on Sunday, 21 January 1912 at 908 Yonge Street, Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada.
     Elizabeth died on Friday, 1 October 1920 at 91 Davenport Road, Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada, of Childbirth, due to Antepartum Hemorrhage and Shock. Watson Hale was listed as the informant. Dr. W. R. Parks was the attending physician. She was buried on Monday, 4 October 1920 in Prospect Cemetery, Section 22, Lot 55 #1, Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada. Watson Hale was recorded as the owner of the burial plot.
